Our exchange policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase we can’t offer you an exchange. Refunds are not available.

EQUIPMENT

Returns

Equipment may not be returned for refund or store credit. We take great care to insure the proper functioning of every piece of equipment we sell by testing them before they’re delivered. As a result we know that every machine we sell operates as it should – and that you will have a reliable product. If you’re not sure the machine you have in mind is right for the work you intend, consult the manufacturer’s operations manual or call Pumpworks at 403-253-3061.

Equipment includes but is not limited to such items as sprayers, and texture machines. Definition of equipment is at the discretion of Pumpworks.

PARTS

Returns

Parts may not be returned for refund or store credit. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure parts purchased are correct for their equipment. Consult with the manufacturer’s parts manual or call Pumpworks at 403-253-3061.

Exchanges

We only exchange parts if they have manufacturer’s defects. Exchanges can only be made for an identical replacement part. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also include the original packaging.

Parts includes but is not limited to such items as spray tips, filters, screens, equipment repair parts. Definition of parts is at the discretion of Pumpworks.

CLEARANCE ITEMS

Clearance items are final sale.

EXCHANGE PROCEDURE

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also include the original packaging.

To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

All exchanges require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Email ryan@pumpworks.ca with the details of your purchase to request an RMA. Product returned without an RMA number clearly marked on the return packaging will be returned COD to sender.

Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

SHIPPING

To exchange your product, you should mail your product to: 4041 11 Street SE, Calgary, AB, T2G 3H1, Canada with your RMA number clearly marked.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for exchanging your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Freight or shipping claims for lost or damaged goods are the responsibility of the purchaser.
