Sprayer Maintenance
Just like your car, the filters in your sprayer perform an important function. Clean them regularly and you’re less likely to run into trouble on the wall. Over time though they will break down. That’s why it’s a good idea to pick up the filters for the machine you buy, when you buy it. Too, it’s a good idea to pick up an assortment of filters depending on what you’re planning to put through the machine. Gun filters come in everything from 30 mesh to 200 mesh. Ask your rep which will work best for your intended applications.
You’re in the shop or at work on the site and you realize you need a new filter for your gun but don’t have one with you – what do you do? Here’s the answer. When you make the call though, don’t forget to let your rep know what material you’re working with as gun filters come in a range of mesh from 30 to as much as 200. If we know what you’re working with, we can get you the right one.
